Specializing in both residential real estate and multi-unit properties, Drew has sold more than 500 million dollars of residential real estate and he’s personally flipped more than 40 properties in San Diego County. Drew started in the mortgage business in 2004 where he gained his initial experience. Between 2007- 2011 he worked with banks, listing and selling foreclosures all over San Diego County. This opportunity provided him with intimate knowledge of the local real estate markets and market trends.
